OEC Saison is brewed using classic single infusion mash with Belgian Pilsener & Vienna malt and locally grown unmalted wheat & rolled oats from Thrall Family Farms in CT. It is spiced with Grains of Paradise prior to undergoing a warm open fermentation using traditional saison yeast strains resulting in a citrusy and refreshing beer.
